I decided to look for some newer drivers for my GPU today and after downloading the installation package the installer refused to execute, citing an NSIS error as the cause. That usually suggests a corrupt file. After attempting to re-download the file a few times I've all but given up hope. I was wondering if any other forum members have come across this problem. Mind you, I am downloading the device drivers for Mobility Radeon chipsets so this problem may not extend to the desktop driver packages.
Never had a problem with the desk top drivers. Are you sure your grabbing the correct 32 or 64 bit version?
I am fairly certian, maybe I'm doing something wrong somewhere but I can't pick out what it is at the moment.
