Nikon announced the Coolpix S800c camera last week. It runs off gingerbread (Android 2.3) a 3.5" OLED touchscreen display. 16MP and 10x optical zoom. It also has full access to the google play store and connects via wifi. It has 4GB of internal storage. I'm not sure what soc it uses since no one reported that info, but I'd have to assume an old gen snapdragon. MSRP $350. Samsung announced more of what seems like a mid-range camera compared to Nikon's entry level. Samsung's uses a 4.8" LCD touchscreen at 1280x720 res. The specs say 1.4GHz quad core soc, so I'd say it's safe to assume exynos 4 (same as in SGSIII). It's also 16GB but with 21x optical zoom. You have all radio options on this one.. wifi, 3G, and 4G. Also, it runs on jellybean (android 4.1) with 8GB internal storage. I believe MSRP was mentioned at a hefty $700. http://youtu.be/JDq6L08VBpU
