Are games the new Nostradamus?

  1. I think some games have predicted the future rather well and it's a little frightening.
    Check this army robot walker thing:



    That might look cool now, but it's only one small step from that to this:



    And we all no how the future turned out in MGS4. Consider yourselves warned.

    The way that robot dog regains it's balance after slipping while emitting that wierd buzzing sound freaks the crap out of me.

  4. Oh I know who is..I just don't see how games can be the new Nostradamus..

    Sci-Fi and movies and books have been "predicting" the future for years..

    Nostradamus was a weird old guy who wrote obscure mumbo jumbo that, if applied to any situation, could be regarded as being prophetic
