The original Crysis still have not been surpassed. But if your talking only console wise, it could be either of those games yes.

@chi: I'm not convinced it did that - I thought RDR set the standard myself. Reach looked very good but it had some issues too.

Lol, xbox 360 ppl wont ever stand a chance on this forum.
It seems to be PS3 here, with some PC as a side effect, just look at the number of total posts in the PS section compared to other platforms.

We need atleast abit more balance guys

 

Kind of hard for there to be a lot of 360 fanboys when almost no one here has managed to get a 360 that didn't shit itself when they had the audacity to actually try to play a game.

 

There's nothing wrong with balance, but saying halo reach is the pinnacle of video game graphics is bordering on the ridiculous.

 

I prefer the first one, it seems to round the image a bit better.

 

Why are you guys all trolling the Chairman? He put this in the Xbox Xtasy section for a reason, he was obviously refering JUST to the 360, but you guys can't pass up a opportunityto troll it seems.

 

More trolling from armitage? What a surprise. The chair didn't specify 360 in his post. As I pointed out, saying it was the pinnacle, even for the 360, is contentious. Learn to read.

 

The last place was hardly Sony biased but we still had a decent sized group talking about PS3 stuff. The 360 section needs more genuine fans posting - classic PVC had plenty of trolly 360 threads and it didn't help. Like with the PS3 and PC section, a bit of a community feel would help. I don't know who could lead on that; my choice would be Ichi but I think he's got plenty on his plate at the moment. Ali_f maybe?

 

The main issue is that no one here seems to have a 360, or at least, no one will admit to owning one. Let alone playing one.

From what I remember reading, steve's current console is a gamecube. These threads might as well be "best graphics i saw in YouTube videos"

 

I have one, I just don't use it very often. It was used for the first time in 2011 this week for Fable III. Its not a bad console its just that I am so worried about using it for anything more than 2 hours a month incase it explodes.

 

I already know you own one, grim. I thought you used it as a doorstop.

I don't think there's anyone else though. I've never read an Xbox thread where anyone actually plays anything.

 

The PS3 is a better console, you pay for that. PC is even better but you pay even more.
You get what you pay for, if you do it right

 

I don't think it's that simple. The 360 and PS3 both have their strengths; it's not a clear cut thing at all.
