Happy Lunar New Year

    Well, it's that time of the year again. Rabbit, this year, according to the Chinese horoscope so make the most of it, the other animals will be back in the dark, locked box.

    Anyone a rabbit here?

    The other countries celebrate their own lunar new years too. For me, I celebrate both Chinese and Vietnamese (tet) new year (i'm mixed). Then there's the Korean New Year (Seonal) etc. Same calendar, different culture.

    are festivals big over there for the new year? i found that north carolina has a decent size chinese (mainland) community. but since the area is still quite full of white folk, you'll get this kind of stuff at show...



    but it's followed by more traditional stuff.
