Motorola Possibly Considering Its Own Mobile OS?

    Sounds like a crazy rumor.. but who knows, some of these big companies get too ahead of themselves. It's possible they're just looking for more assistance to improve Moto Blur.

    I was considering a Motorola phone before moto blur came about. Just stick to the basics, Motorola.

    From what I've read, it sounds like Motorola is following Samsung's lead and hedging their bets on Android. One strategic reason for doing this is the ongoing Oracle lawsuit against Google. Oracle is considered to have a good case, and if they won...that would be an awkward competitive position for companies that don't have an alternative to Android.
