Official trailers's out... is it just me or does it seem kinda underwhelming? Trailer makes it seem like a JP1 remake in disguise using modern technology. Like the spin on the theme though.
In disguise? Seems pretty blatant. Plus, the fact that they're using a gimmick like a "new" super dinosaur guarantees that they've run out of ideas.
Looks alright to me, but did I just see the dude riding alongside Raptors and they were not trying to eat him? :/
I had no expectations for this as the Jurassic Park films just got worse as they went on. This has me interested. Sure the DNA spliced dinosaur business sounds dumb but dumb can be fun sometimes. I like the idea of the park finally being opened. I noticed the Raptors not eating Starlord too, a lot of people are saying they're trained/working with him. That will be so bad if it's true. It seems people are generally hating this new film based on the trailer. I don't think it looks bad. I've seen worse. and it could have been worse. Apparently they toyed with the idea of having Human Dinosaur hybrids: http://imgur.com/a/ou5o6 Jurassic World doesn't look so bad now does it?
You know you're not young any more when you're reaction to the above is, "poor shark". Shouldn't they have also brought back the dinosaurs natural food rather than having to sacrifice thousands of our current animals to feed them? Pfft, this whole movie is highly dubious.
Totally exaggerated in the poster...even the comparison below is considered too large now. It was likely closer to 12 meters in length, not 15. No idea why they thought it was necessary to make it so ridiculous. It's not like the T-Rex was made into the size of Godzilla in the original.
I like how that made the shark look evil as if to emphasis how much more of a bad ass the other thing is.
Visually, it's a cool poster, but the size is just too stupid...even for Hollywood. They might as well have Gamera swimming around in there too.
Beauty and the Beast. I'm starting to think that this old Dinosaurs Attack! Topps card series is the secret inspiration for this installment...
This explains why I couldn't get 2 adjacent seats all weekend. Even a goddamn 11:40pm showing was unavailable...
I guess they picked the right blockbuster for a remake. I was wondering why nobody on the forum had posted a review and now I know...no seats!
