I had a GTS250 XFX and it ran extremely hot and loud. I hated it. Sold it for 50 bucks when I coulda' gotten 2x that lol. I wouldn't a felt good if I did though. I just read AT's review about the XFX 7950 DD, it uses the exact same cooler as the 7970 and as such is a disaster. I assume they remade their DD cooler for the 7770 though as it's a vastly unsimilar card unlike the 7950 to 7970. _____________ your pic the cooler's much smaller so they had to have remade it, I doubt they'd just hacked it off with a buzzsaw... better check for loose shavings ^_^
