I fear I may be currently suffering from my first ever hemmorhoid. Not sure though. It fucking stings, I haven't dared to sit down in the last 3 hours but in 20 mins I have to spend an hour in a car going home. This sucks. I had some light stomach upset earlier this morning then I went to the toilet, that's when shit happened.
