Blasphemy. Brosnan was nearly as good as Connery. Also Goldeneye is the best Bond movie of all time. Nothing beats Bond killing Russians with a tank or Sean Bean as a villain. Also Famke Janssen was probably the hottest Bond girl other than maybe Jane Seymour, who was fucking adorable when she was young and I'd still bang her even though she's my mom's age. Goldfinger, You Only Live Twice, and Thunderball are also very good, but there are parts where they haven't aged well.
The older ones don't really hold up well as action movies... in terms of action only I'd rank: 1. Quantum of Solace 2. Tomorrow Never Dies 3. GoldenEye QoS has a bad rep because it's totally a generic action movie that could've starred Jackie Chan. They dumped all the usual trademarks of a Bond film but delivered a great non-stop action movie.
Goldeneye. That's how a James Bond film is supposed to be like. Plus it and only one more of the James Bond's is the only film to show another double O agent in it. Funny how with never see the other agents.
Quantum of Solace was a complete mess, including the action. It also claims the top spot for stupidest Bond movie title by a VERY wide margin.
I haven't read Flemings books so can't argue. You're completely wrong about QoS, it's a solid revenge action flick fit for Liam Neeson.
Looks pretty good... Waltz is too perfect to be Blofeld, I think the twist is that it's really Moriarty!!!
Looks lame. Kingsman was a way better Bond movie than any of the recent Bond movies. It got what made the older Bond movies work and why the new ones suck. Hopefully that gets a sequel. I don't care about Bond anymore. NuBond is for fags.
