I'm pretty sure I never mentioned how credible I thought a reviewer was. I didn't post that video because I think Joes opinions are great or that I think he's credible, but because I find his reviews unlike most reviews out there are entertaining. They're silly and dont take themselves too seriously. I'd much rather watch that than just watch gameplay with some dull reviewer doing a voice over and banging on about anti aliasing differences between different versions or something equally snore inducing. And monkey is right, I do like annoying crap. That's why I read his posts.
Personally I would and probably will use the middle tree once I get to her, love my elemental damage. Will the game just download her or do I need to do something? It was popping up in the corner that the mechromancer is coming soon on the title screen like some kind of live update and it always says 'downloading updates' when you first press start.
ok last boss is unsoloable. i repeat UNSOLOABLE without gold key weapons at like lvl 35-40...... he is gay to the extreme
I gave Orick a hand with some bits further on than I am last night and a couple of the bits were pretty tough. There is a badass constructor that has tons of health and then the 2 bosses afterwards took a lot of effort. Took us over an hour to do a very short piece of the game because of the health/amount of enemies involved. The bonus was I got a fantastic fire and a fantastic caustic handgun for my Gunzerker (much better than the ones I was using on the bosses) so I am set up for the bits inbetween. Orick... Was there much between the 2 bosses we did and the end boss? There were loads of side quests when we got back to santuary but I am guessing you are skipping a lot of those and going for end game seeing as you were lower level than me and I was still behind in terms of the story. Also I assume your mic ran out of juice?
Lolol ya mic died. Actually chi was further then me as when I got two mission further it let me skip one that he had done. But in essence no there were only about four or five more to the las boss. And trust me when I say it is not Pretty. I got murdered through most of the final missions as I was 27 and it hurt.... A lot. But I beat it. Great if not royally fucked up ending.
I fought that bunk3r boss last night and I've been reading how much of a pain in the ass it is on other sites, but me and my friend beat it very easily. Just run to the stairs and you have all sorts of covers from the guns and mortars.
Lol you cheating bastard. I tried to solo him but he glitches and when it came time for him to die he just sat there. So I called grim. As for duo nah not too bad bu you still have much harder to go sir.
Bahaha, is that really considered cheap/cheating? I thought I was just using the environment as it was given to me. The stairs area opened up just for the boss encounter. It wasn't accessible before that when you had to take out the hyperion guns. The entire encounter seem pretty straight forward to me. If the guns on the bunk3r were giving you trouble, you just had to shoot them out. Otherwise, just focus fire on the thing and stay under the cover at the stairs when it starts doing mortar fire. SPOILERS I forgot to mention I also did the guardian angel event just after that. That was a little tougher but only because it was longer. It's also possible that these encounters were easier for me since I use the soldier and the cooldown on my turret is about 40 seconds.
Yeah I did the angel bit with orick before I went back to where I was. Good for EXP and didn't give us much trouble really, dont think I actually died at all, always got a second wind if I needed it and was gunzerking most of the time so had tons of ammo. Bunk3r or whatever it is called was just about staying calm and watching his movements. His massive HP made it a long fight but not too terrible, again gunzerking ensured I always had health and ammo. Very long section of the game due to the HP and then amount of enemies involved.
Lol again I say solo. Duo was pretty easy in comparison. As for the glitch bunk3r got stuck on the waterfall landing and couldn't get out. Made for an easy albeit long kill except..... With no health he refused to die and drop loot. I was forced to reset the entire game as when I went back to see if he unglitched he was still stuck there. @Chi. easy for you to say Mr. im in my 40's while everyone else just broke 25 @Khaid. ya i know about that spot. i stole the loot from the chest while grim was off playing with robots xD EDIT: oh and Grim... dont try to sound smug and superior. You would have died at least a few times because i was there to pick you up when you didnt get them, and vice versa. It was a show of good teamwork xD SPOILERS I cried at the bloodwing thing......
I have a feeling some people who skipped a lot of side quests may have it harder in the main quest. I actually completed all of the side quests prior to going into the hyperion gate so I think I was higher level than almost everything in there. So yeah, I can see doing that solo and being underleveled being quite a challenge.
I'm reeeeeeeeeally hoping for one of those codes to pop on here only have it be for lil miss mechomancer instead of a gold key >.>
