Wow. That was some unfortunate timing that makes your choice in phone less embarrassing. But riddle me this scooby, isn't it better to post about organ diners than to not be able to post at all?
Try an alternative keyboard like Swiftkey X or Perfect Keyboard (I use this because I prefer the look, but the trial brought up a message about supporting the developer and buying the full version the other day so maybe not for everyone). The keyboard layout on my SGS2 is horrible and the prediction was pretty bad too. With either of these apps the layout is much better and the prediction, as well as the options for when it sets a prediction automatically and things like that are MUCH better. EDIT: fixed typo... posted from my W7 PC with logitech keyboard just FYI. It's not Perfect Keyboards fault, I sware :-X
Not if the auto-correct leads to you posting something potentially incriminating. In that case not posting at all might be the better option.
The browser in the 9900 is a lot faster than the 9800. http://www.phonearena.com/news/RIM-says-new-BlackBerry-7-OS-browser-faster-than-the-one-on-Apple-iPhone-and-Android_id18582
Think the Natwest situation may be slowly getting sorted out, someone on MSE said they are now able to faster payment stuff out and into a different account with a different bank. Natwest themselves are saying they have resolved the glitch but the backlog is going to take a few days to get through. I don't bank with Natwest but my employers do, I am due to be paid next Friday so hoping that everything is resolved by then as a lot of my direct debits are at the start of the month! A lot of people in the country today haven't been paid, Natwest has said it will make sure no one is out of pocket but I assume that only applies to its own customers? What happens to someone with HSBC who didn't get paid today but has their mortgage payment coming out? Anyone moving house this week where the solicitor, buyer/seller banks with or mortgage lender is Natwest must be having serious issues. I assume we have had a few completion issues seeing as we bank with Natwest and were not able to move anything in or out of client account.
When you transfer money out of your account now it has to go via a system called faster payment up to a limit between £10,000 and £100,000 depending on your bank. This is because banks were taking 3 days to do something that can be done instantly to try to get as much interest out of your money as possible. Anyway now they have to have it in the other account within 24 hours regardless of which day of the week it is. Usually it is now pretty much instant, when I transfer money to Mrs Grim's account it is now there within seconds. I am never having a joint account with the wife!
Natwest can fuck off. It had to happen on my payday and it still has not been put in my bank. My friend with RBS had hers come in 30 minutes ago.
Little grim had a party today so the wife didn't have dinner ready when I got home. After I gave her a pimp slap to make sure it doesn't happen again started snacking on a few grapes... Ended up eating the whole container, far too morish, I am so full now. Does that count as a healthy dinner?
France looked more lifelike in the second half, but Spain dominated. Ribery was the only player for France that really looked like he wanted it.
I was so let down by last night's game, both teams looked poor. Tonight will probably be a bore fest, 2 defensive teams. At the moment I would probably pick the Germans as favourites.
