I spent an entire semester dissecting dead people in Gross Anatomy. I also did a stint at the coroner's office where I saw some truly delightful things. The coroner himself was a sick fuck who kept a blooper reel. My favorite was a guy who died during autoerotic asphyxiation surrounded by gay porn. His dog ate his face. Then his girlfriend came back from vacation several days later and found him like that. And the coroner didn't just describe this. He had pictures of all of it! That dog must have been hungry, because there wasn't much left of the guy's face. Also, I guess the girlfriend had no idea he was gay or liked to be strangled, so there's that aspect of it too.
That explains so much. Also, people are fucked up. At least that shit was interesting though. Do you know how soul crushingly boring it is to stand in one spot and hand polish metal small metal sheets all day long? On the plus side we can all now compare our current jobs and be appreciative somewhat right? I mean I'm being paid right now to chat to you guys on the forum as there's sweet FA to be done this time of year being outside term time and all. Just the odd job trickling in every now and then.
You don't really get disgusting jobs in my line of work, the worst thing I have had to do is clean cobwebs out of a PC that had been left idle for a while. The odd bit of heavy lifting when stuff changes in the server room but that is about it.
You mean a caretaker? No. I work in the print room printing lecture notes for academics and theses for students, that sort of thing.
Hard to say. Most of them seem to be 18 to 25, you know, Uni age. I've seen a few oldies here and there too.
For the last few months I've been acting in a management position waiting for a permanent person to take the job. Today my boss said my jobs sucks so much he doesn't understand why anyone would want it. I'd have to agree with him.
He needs to be raped, by men. See how he likes it. He needs to meet that big black gay prison bummer monkey mentions from time to time.
