If I go grey then so be it, wont be bothering to colour it. Already married, not like I have to impress anyone.
And you must be late 30's by now, so it's all downhill for you anyway. ;D I am in my Optimus prime still so it's worse for me.
some folks grey very early, I on the other hand just go bald (not purposely, the hair just falls out leaving bald spots.
Dudebros just bought the house across the street from mine. I see them in their polo shirts with popped collars unloading beer from their pickup trucks and SUVs. Some of them are unloading stuff shirtless and they have tribal tattoos. And more and more seem to keep showing up and parking all down the street. Pretty sure there's going to be a dudebro party today. It's going to suck living across the street from them if they're loud and constantly having parties. Now the grumpy old douchebag curmudgeon who lives next to us who has called the police about our dogs barking will really have something to complain about!
The crowd seemed completely stumped by the Halo sequence, but went bonkers for all the Nintendo references.
Forgot my bloody glasses today, being short sighted this means I am having to lean halfway across my desk to see anything. I have to wear them now when playing on the PS3 otherwise everything is out of focus (which isn't too bad when watching TV) which means every time we play online I leave them on the arm of my sofa and run the risk of forgetting them for work the next day. I really should get a second pair, have my eye test at the end of the month, see how flush I am feeling at the time.
I never realised how hard it was to get free pictures of space that are available for commercial use. I found some sites that offer royalty free images but you have to pay through the nose for them. I've found some in Flickr that are available with a Creative Commons license meaning I can use them as I see fit as long as I credit the owner. Jeebus.
My grandmother passed away this last week. She had Alzheimer's, and had declined over the last several years to the point where she completely stopped eating and lost 70lbs. She was a tough woman from Vermont who rode horses until she was in her late 70s. When she was young, she had been a mail courier who delivered mail on horseback because the roads were so crappy up there back then. She knew how to drive school buses and big rig trucks on some of the most treacherous roads in the country, as she helped my grandfather run a heating oil delivery business, and she drove a school bus after she retired to keep herself busy. She was also just a genuinely really nice woman who gave great advice and was very knowledgeable. It's crazy how the disease was able to turn such a strong person into a frail shadow of her former self. Before they took her off to the nursing home, she had become violent and psychotic, which was scary because she was still so physically fit even in her 80s. She became completely confused and tried to stab her nurse in the chest with a kitchen knife. She also kicked my cousin in the chest and broke three of his ribs. The whole thing was very sad, but I'm glad she's no longer suffering, and I'd rather remember her for who she was before all of this happened. It was kind of neat getting to see all of my relatives up in Vermont who I don't normally see. Vermont is a weird state. It's very liberal, but also rural, and they're totally cool with gay people. So you have liberal, gay rednecks. Actually two out of three of my uncles are gay, and one has a man wife that he lives with. Taking a piss in his bathroom was hilarious because it's full of pictures of naked men and he has plaques that say gay cock. The food up there is terrible. They can do cheese, ice cream, and maple syrup well, but everything else is awful. The food is just very bland and old fashioned. It's like they never learned how to use seasoning. It's a breath-takingly beautiful state, but I'd never want to live there. It's just so rural, and you have to drive and drive and drive to get anywhere. Vermont to me has always felt like part of Canada that ended up on the wrong side of the border. But what can I say. My whole family is from there, and most of them have been living there for hundreds of years.
Why is it so impossible to find somewhere decent enough to live, especially now my job is nearly over. All I have as an option is a shared house, but I have been doing that most my life and I am fed up of sharing a kitchen, bathroom and not having my own space. Bah.
@monkey My sympathies mate. I lost my grandmother a couple of weeks ago like I said so I guess I can relate. At least she's no longer suffering like you said.
my solution has always been to just take my food and stuff into my room :x no woman would ever enter though heheh @monkey... I'm trying to figure out where the apple fell off the tree @.@ j/p man, my condolences, I'm glad your all taking it so well. Sounds like a wonderful woman (other than the psycho stuff) the world could use more folks like that.
Quite hard to find a normal job since I have anxiety problems. The job I am in now means I get to work on my own all the time. If I was cooped up in a room or space with people all day I would go mad. Add that to flats are so expensive in this country too.
How did sega manage to fuck up sonic cd so badly? They'd already made two great sonic games, then they made this abortion. It's mostly down to the god awful level design. It's absolutely horrendous. The special stages are luck based too, little skill involved. The whole game is a joke.
