Well I am sure I can find things to do to waste the time. I just wandered down the bank to put my bonus cheque in as there was nothing to do, thought I would beat the lunch time queues. Seen a rumour that the iPad 5 may launch in March so that has put me off buying a 4 now, might have to get a new TV instead.
I actually don't mind working this week. They essentially paid me to sit around and do nothing, which is what I would've done at home anyway. Wednesday just sucked because I fell into bad sleeping, drinking, eating habits with 4 days off and had to hard reset to work schedule. I'm pretty sure next Wednesday will be worse.
I just had a sleep study done and during that 7 hours I never made it past sleep stage 2. The doc said that was very bizarre but it explains why I feel like crap a lot of the time.
Did you quote my post and then delete it? Not sleeping will make you feel like crap though. I would get to the bottom of it before you start having the plot of Inception play out in your head.
No you posted in the wrong thread and rather than try to fix it and break the whole thread I just quoted you.
I find that no matter how much sleep I get (and I usually get 7 to 8 hours) I always struggle to get up on winter mornings. I think its the cold and dark and something psychological as in the summer when it is warm and bright I can spring out of bed.
@bfun The cpap will help, but you need to lose weight. Do you have a huge neck circumference? You can often tell just by looking at how thick someone's neck is that they'll probably have sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is dangerous. It raises your blood pressure and puts you at massively increased risk of cardiovascular disease, especially stroke and congestive heart failure. It also tends to cause erectile dysfunction. When men stop getting morning wood, there's a very good chance they have sleep apnea.
Did you just call me fat? Well I have packed on a few holiday pound. Unfortunately it was from the 2011 holidays. But I'm pretty sure I've had sleep apnea since early college when I was a trim and fit stud.
Yes. I'm not trying to be a dick, but it's very rare for skinny people to get sleep apnea. It's mostly a disease of fat fucks, kind of like Type 2 Diabetes. Fat fucks with huge necks who can't breathe when they sleep. Also, the complications are very real. I once saw a patient who was 33 years old and dying of congestive heart failure brought on by sleep apnea. He was a fat fuck who weighed 350lbs.
If you hear of some guy who chocked to death with a measuring tape, that would be me trying to measure my neck circumference when I get home.
You could use a string to measure your neck and then measure that. Pretty sure my Dad had sleep apnea and he was skinny.
Fudge. I got 15 minutes to put some kind of ridiculous report together in a spread sheet and that's like the worst format for it. I feel a half ass effort coming on.
