  1. Yup. The box has the fingers pointing to the neck like a gun. The arms have been changed to appear less violent.

  2. I think that's mostly just walmart though. They're weird like that. They carry guns and such, but meanwhile, they carry edited (clean version) of audio cd's and require "family" safe advertising like that.

  3. The only reason I knew that is because there were 7 foot high Borderlands 2 promo posters with the same gesture at some of the public transit stops in my area. khaid is right about WalMart's history with this stuff, but it's also possible the marketing team for the game took that into account in advance...self-censorship.

  4. Unnecessarily cold today!

  5. I think I've fallen through a time hole.

On an unrelated note. I've been spending so much time playing GTA3 on my phone in recent weeks that when I went to play GTA4 last night for the first time in over 6 months I was completely useless at it. I fumbled with the controls for about 5 minutes before I became acclimatised again. It was strange because I know that game so well, having gotten my 100% complete stat on both the Xbox and PS3.

  6. Check your forum time settings, I think you must still be on Summer time or something because all of my times show as an hour earlier than yours.

  7. I played on GTA3 on the iPhone for 5 minutes. That was 6 minutes too long. Not only had the game dated terribly but the controls were awful. I don't know how you bothered playing it so much.

  8. 100% complete on both Xbox and PS3? You should probably see a doctor about your problem.

  9. 100% on one of the consoles is enough of an annoying let alone twice.

  10. And lets not forget the 1000+ hours on Skyrim and his inability to sense human emotion.

  11. Surely he doesnt work with all this gaming time. I only play my games at night now even if I am not working.

  12. work regular 8hr shift, get home, skip shower (or take minimal shower) and dinner (or eat junk food), play games all night, go back to work next day on 4hrs sleep. it's still very possible.

  13. Not for four hours sleep though, that is madness. 8 hours and im stick knackered.

  14. 4hrs of sleep is quite normal for students and young workers. Hell, I average 4-5hrs of sleep as it is now and I don't even game all that much anymore.

  15. Your old now though Khaid. ;D

  16. I like to get 8-9 hours sleep, gaming comes second to sleep more often as I get older.

  17. that really only affected my gaming habits. I still only get that many hours of sleep and function just fine. It was quite horrible during my desk job though. It's much better on a very active job.. moving around and in your feet a majority of the day.

desk job makes it very easy to gain weight too. ughhhh.

  18. My bro worked in a warehouse they let him play Madden all night. It was sweet.

  19. That's worryingly accurate. 6 hours sleep is the minimum I get usually. You have to realise though that sometimes (like now) it's extremely quiet at the university, I've printed most of the lecture notes and such for the term so I play GTA on my phone at work, it's a hard life. I had GTA4 on the xbox first and I got as many achievements as was possible, there were a couple of multiplayer ones that were simply too difficult. There was a huge amount of luck involved getting the correct races to come up, especially when if you're lucky enough to get your own lobby where you choose the races people can vote to kick you out, of your own damn lobby. You pick a helicopter race and people start voting you out because they want to race cars. I think if you don't like the host's choice you should find another lobby, I really hope rockstar removes the ability to be kicked from your own lobby in GTA5. Anyway, my xbox red ringed on me and I was without GTA4 for a few months so I bought it for PS3 and figured I might as well get a bunch of trophies including the 100% stat again because it's easy, just time consuming.

On GTA3 I've currently got 71% complete. Once I've finished up the loose ends such as hidden packages, rampages, and stunt jumps I can move onto Vice City which I bought a couple of months ago but haven't played yet.

    I like GTA.

  20. Quite an uncomfortable walk to work this morning with the snow and the wind.
