I always felt the same way about reality TV shows like Big Brother. Why watch a bunch oh horny, narcissistic, rejects get trapped in a house together when I could just experience the same thing in real life? All I would need is an empty house and some cupcakes for bait.

That's messed up... it's not even an accusation. He straight up confessed one after another all nonchalant, like he ate some cupcakes he wasn't supposed to..... Doesn't a therapist have an obligation to report this to the police?
Yeah an accusation is one thing. He's on tape talking about making 10 year olds touch his penis like it's no big deal and the ex is blowing it out of proportion. The same way a normal person might talk about forgetting to do the dishes or take out the trash like it's no big deal. At one point he was even like "well one of the girls was 13 at the time, so it's not nearly as bad as you're making it out to be." He even apologized to the neighbor girl he molested when she was older because he's such a nice guy! Not sure why the therapist didn't report this before. It sounds like he'd be a good candidate for the Fleece Johnson and Tossed Salad Man sex offender rehabilitation program.
Maybe it depends on the state. According to season 1 of the Sopranos only violent crimes need to be reported.
I watched the final season of Dexter on netflix. That was a pretty awful conclusion. I don't know what happened to the writing in that show. Maybe the writers got sick of the show and purposely sabotaged it.
