  2. I got myself a PS1 yesterday. I'm toying with the idea of collecting for it. I loved that console and it'll be cool to play some classic games again with the genuine experience I had when I was kid rather than use an emulator.

The only trouble is now I have a PS1, PS3, and PS4. I kind of have to complete the set.

  3. You need a PS-X, PSP, PS Vita and a Vita TV now.

  4. You know I don't do handhelds Chi. Come on now.

  5. Vita TV and PS-X then

  6. Self-explanatory if you follow the link...

  7. UKIP actually have an MP and by a landslide too. They almost got one in the Labour stronghold of the north too.

Labour and the Conservatives must be worried now with the general election so close?

  8. In case anyone was wonder how Google maps gets it's street view in the Sahara desert.

  9. Labour and the Conservatives are both rubbish for this country anyway, I hope UKIP get in power one day.

Also, the REmake HD upgrade is old news now. :p

  10. Just spent the last 10 minutes wondering why I could not embed youtube videos but just realized posted just the link on its own embeds them for some reason. Weird.

  11. UKIP are a terrible party and the people voting for them are like turkeys voting for Christmas. Their policies are centred around looking after the rich and penalising the poor, with a side of getting rid of hard won working rights. They're a bunch of xenophobic assholes who should fuck off and form their own little white british paradise elsewhere. Preferably the sun.

  12. UKIP sounds like a British version of the Republican party. Why the hell would anyone want that in power? Nearly all of our social and political problems in the US are due to the Republican party.

  13. I blame the GOP and the DNC equally. The problem in our country is our politicians are bought and paid for by lobbyists. All legislation is designed to specifically benefit some organization who paid for it behind closed doors.

  14. Lobbyists buying off politicians is part of it. That the Republican party is cartoonishly evil and everything they believe is awful and wrong is the other big part of it.

Most other developed first world countries have laws against bribery, and would marginalize a group like the GOP.

  15. An argument for the evils of both parties. Republicans might be blatantly evil, but Democrats are deceptively evil, they are paving the proverbial road to Hell with their "good intentions." For every bad thing Republicans do, there is a bad move by Democrats as well.

  16. And on the bribery point: Democrats receive their fair share of bribery. Big unions have lots of money to spend, corporations that benefit from over-regulation, not to mention the DNC is currently piloting the war machine.

There are things both parties get right, but neither of them are for the right reasons.

  17. I rarely watch the news or keep up with current events... so I've been caught by surprise now about this Ebola and ISIS.

How blown out of proportion is this Ebola paranoia the news is trying to sell? A nurse that was treating the first patient now has the virus. The CDC is grabbing anybody with flu like symptoms off airplanes. But it seems like standard sensational journalism to me... what if it hit a tier#0 hub like NYC. Would/could that set of a serious pandemic?

How the hell has this ISIS taken back Iraq? Are we gonna have to go back for a 3rd fucking time?

  18. Ebola is pretty hard to deal with as there is no cure, it is just sit and wait and see if you die or not. The good news is it isn't airborne so you can only get it via the bodily fluids from an infected person, the bad news is that the mortality rate is really quite high. There have been people panicking that as more people get the virus that it will evolve and become airborne. Saw something quite funny earlier which I think was directed at conservative America.

As for ISIS, all of the governments around the world sat back and applauded as the oppressed in the dictator led countries such as Syria rose up and started waring with their own governments. Then we start getting a few of them go hardline and try to impose hard line Sharia on everyone whilst massacring every innocent person who refuses to convert or do as they are told and before you know it we have a proper terrorist organisation on our hands. But these guys are probably the worst that we have seen yet and they are literally just waltzing into towns and cities, murdering everyone they want whilst the rest of the world stands back and watches. I really feel sorry for the innocent people caught up in all of this and so do the people who go out there and try to give aid only to find their head being chopped off.

Don't know about the US but in Europe we have quite a number of people being radicalised and going to join these psychos. I really for the life of me can't understand why so many women seem to be going out there, women will be the most oppressed of all under these guys rule.

  19. They haven't taken Iraq. They've taken the Sunni Triangle. ISIS is a Sunni group, so as long as they have plenty of money to throw around, many of the Sunni tribal and religious leaders are going to stand on the sidelines. Once the money runs out, or ISIS looks like they're the loser, they'll get kicked out by the native Sunnis. Happened to Al Qaeda and it will happen to ISIS as well.

ISIS also has a sh*tload of enemies, which is something the rah-rah-boots-on-the-ground U.S. media rarely mentions.
