Is meat sitting out for 8 hours any good? I'm going to eat it either way, but I'll have to make plans around getting sick.

 

Beef is pretty safe I think. Eat it and see; I'm sure your stomach is battle hardened enough to take it.

Friend did that to me once. I tried to be polite and eat the cooked part of the burger but I still ended up with butt piss for 4 days.

 

you need to strengthen up your system by regularly eating it rare/medium rare!
