Wow, Dell's customer support is the worst I've ever encountered anywhere. It's even worse than Comcast or Toshiba. I've never had to deal with them before now. Good luck getting a human on the phone. And then good luck getting a Chinese person who speaks decent enough English to even understand the issue you're describing. Which of course you won't, and they'll just go back to reading from cue cards telling you to unplug the power cable and plug it back in. It all seems like it's designed to frustrate you enough that you just give up and hang up the phone. I don't think I would ever buy a product from Dell again after seeing how they basically have no support. No wonder average Joe Americans are all switching to Apple.

Sitting on about 14.5" with another 22 hours to go. This is going to suck. edit: now my HVAC says 'loss of communication with inverter'. Think the heat works, just not the thermostat, hopefully it clears up when it all melts.
Got just under 32" of snow... of course, my snowblower which I tested yesterday, wouldn't crank today... took 3 hours to hand shovel one car. Then my neighbor saw me on the verge of tears and took pity. Fuck this bullshit 30 year old antique snowblower tech... I think I'm gonna try the heated driveway pads for next time. My back, shoulders, and arms are gonna feel like death tomorrow.
