  1. McGregor did better than I expected. I wish they didn't stop the fight so he could've gotten wrecked. His crybaby fans area already making a thousand excuses.

I'm not sure if any of you guys do a lot of home repair stuff. Got a Dewalt impact driver, the first impact driver I've ever owned. Holy shit. This is one of those tools I never knew that I needed until I had it. It makes putting in and removing screws and bolts trivially easy. No stripped screw heads. No drilling pilot holes in most material (maybe in thick concrete or metal you would need to, but it cuts through wood like butter). I didn't see what the big deal was compared to a standard drill, until I bought one. This thing just replaced most of my tools: my drill, screw drivers, and wrenches will no longer be needed for most repair tasks.

Seriously, if you're just building your tool collection now, an impact driver is probably the main tool that you need these days.

  3. It's a highly underrated tool. My Dad got an electric and he couldn't stop raving about how much easier it made his life. He'd rotate his own car tires every few thousand. I just used mine to tear our some rusty bolts in a friends truck bed. I'm guessing they've only been selling electric versions for the last few years so maybe that's why they aren't well know. Not everyone has an air-compressor to run air tools.

The thing is a lifesaver when you need to drive large numbers of screws all at once. I'm repairing the fence in my yard and need to put in dozens of screws, in some spots into thick wood. That would take an eternity if I had to drill pilot holes like you do with a normal drill. Normal drills also tend to strip screw heads. They aren't powerful enough, and don't have the wrenching motion of an impact driver, so the screw head gets shredded as a result.

  5. First someone tried hacking my Paypal account and now someone has hacked my Amazon account and changed my account email address to a different one so I cannot log in. This also means I cannot email or ring Amazon as for some stupid fucking reason they only allow that via using your logged in account. I also have a prime trial going so I need to cancel my account or i'm going to raped by the hacker and this trial.

Cancelling my bank card should remedy both right? This happening when other annoying shit is happening today and I need a new coil for my vaper which I get via Amazon so I am pissed off and cant even puff that which might push me back to smoking. Grr

Dial that and tell them your account has been hacked. Amazon has customer service by phone. They just keep it well hidden.

  7. Is that the UK one? I found one earlier but that had discontinued it so I just cancelled my bank card, created a new Amazon account just to email them to tell them about the other and see if they can delete it or whatever.

  8. Cancelling your cards is for the best. Also make sure your banking password isn't the same as your Amazon. Change any other accounts with the Amazon password ASAP.

  9. Amazon will not cancel you old account. Ever. 500 years from now when you're nothing but dust your old account will still exist. You can however, remove all credit card info.

Do you have roommates because someone has access to your email account or your laptop or both.

  10. Oh well I've cancelled my card so they can't take any money out. Was just worrying as had a prime trial and don't want to owe or be charged for it. Hopefully I won't get any hassle with my new account so I can carry on buying things using it.

No I don't have room mates but I checked out this website about my email leaking stuff and it was on 3 other websites or something that I never use. Nothing else has been hacked although a few months ago someone tried hacking my paypal which is still locked as I haven't bothered about it.

  13. I think we will be leaving the state on Thursday unless something changes significantly in the forecast. I don't really want to be here for this storm.

  14. so I planned a vacation to Orlando next week Tuesday

  15. Swim shorts and flip flops and you'll be fine.

  16. We're going to stay at my sister in law's place further inland, west of I-95. We're too close to the ocean to stay in our house. Evacuating with a newborn, a demented old person, and two dogs would be a nightmare, and there's no gas anyway.

  17. I didn't think you were that old. What are you going to do to protect the house?
