You hear about it all the time. Bla bla bla... I didn't know I was gay until my Mom told me. It's like those people who don't know they are pregnant until the baby pops it's head out and says you're gay.

 

It doesn't have enough of a twist to it. It should be, "I didn't know I was gay and pregnant at 16".
