    I managed to get 3 copies for that price back then - kept one for me and sold the others to 2 mates at cost. If only I'd have known what I was doing. Tsk.

    Really nervous about going to work today. Just because I did not learn all the food meal preps and all that. I know its my second day but I just want to do well. It's going to be a long day though as I start at 4pm and finish at 10.

    I know but I still do. I have been going over the things I know what to do over the last two days just to get used to them. My mate aint working with me tonight so the other chefs might be a bit more lenient and helping since he likes everything perfect.

    6 days a week though. It's long to me as the afternoons/evenings go slower than the mornings. I must be off now see you on tonight if I survive lol.
