LG is alright. Koreans know how to make good LCD panels at least. I haven't done the speakers because it involves going up in the attic to drop cables down, which I think is going to be kind of a nightmare. The attic here is very cramped. It's like going cave spelunking or something.
LG makes good TVs. I'd say they are slightly below Samsung for a better price. Simple answer. You want 1080p and you don't want 1080i. It's like Bluray vs VHS.

I find it pretty irresponsible of people to have so many kids, especially in the developed world when the place is already overcrowded. Also how the hell do you support that many kids, I find 1 hard enough, they cost a fortune and need a lot of your time.
The guy had his family declared a church so they could live tax free. He's also a former congressman so he gets free healthcare for him and his family. And I'm sure the money from the TLC show covers their expenses. He's a typical Republican hypocrite. Social "entitlement" programs like free healthcare are great for him and his family, just not for anyone else. When you consider how many kids those 20 kids will have, especially if they go down the same crazy path as their parents, it's very irresponsible. People should be having fewer kids or maybe even opting not to have kids or adopt, not turning themselves into baby factories.

Yeah I don't really even understand the desire to have kids in the first place. I hate kids, I really don't want any of my own, and my genes certainly aren't anything worth passing on to someone else.
I'll never order games from Amazon again. The whole point of me buying Skyrim online was to get the game at least 1 day early, maybe 2, as has been the norm when I've ordered games online in the past (Black Ops, Soul Calibur 4 etc). But I've learned that I won't be getting the game until tomorrow, the day it comes out, this is ridiculous. If I'd wanted the game the day it came out I would have just gone out to a shop and bought it, and I would have had it before midday which I won't now. Totally defeated the point of buying it online. Shitty amazon letting people have games when they're released lol.
And he'd have had a free 5 minute session at the till about pre-ordering, trading games and getting a loyalty card. I really miss that.
