I guess I felt like you were being arrogant douche fart. Looking back I was probably wrong about the fart part. Honestly I don’t remember what I said but in those days Steve dished out a lot punishments for minor stuff. It’s entirely possible that the post deletion was just a coincidence.
Playing those Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 official events has finally payed off. I won a £50 zavvi voucher today by getting to the semi finals of an advent calendar event and won it by default as the 3 above me had already opened a door each. I could have got to the final, but with a one nil score to me the games AI stitched me up for the last 10 mins of the match I was playing. £50 could get me 2 or 3 games off of Zavvi.
I wondered if you had eaten any of the foods from one of those burrito vans. We have one of those that hangs around a little grocery store about 10 miles from where I live. I haven't dared eat anything they sell. Regarding the intense ass pain, were there any spans of time after you had a drink in which your memory became hazy or you may have blacked out for a bit? Were you ever isolated from the rest of the people at the dinner?
Last day at work today before the Christmas break but have had a sore throat for 3 weeks now which is becoming annoying. Had a headache for the past 2-3 days now too and feeling a bit sick when I eat, it is dying down and I do feel a lot better than I did 2 days ago but I would hate to be sick over Christmas. Think we are passing something around the house to be honest as my daughter has had an ear infection this week and developed conjunctivitis. She is on antibiotics and my doctor said if I still didn't feel well today to go see him at 6pm, might take him up on it if I don't feel better later. The wife is also complaining of a soar throat and ear ache so I guess it may be viral. Will it burn itself out? Still come into work though, not going to let a bit of illness ruin my 100% sickness record for the year.
My mum was very strict about me having time off, she used to say 'if your really ill they will send you home' so I usually ended up at school no matter what. I now look at people with disgust when they take time off with a cold!
Colds you can work with, but Flu is another thing. I had my first ever one last year and it was horrid.
