Centering it would make it look cluttered. I think it should stay to the right, but we should fill in the blue space below it with more text. Or bring the current text down and leave blank space above it. Overall I think it looks great. But what do I know, I wanted to title the logo across the background.
I'm not too sure about the new logo, it seems simple enough to us but to someone new they might find it a tad confusing. Will they read it clockwise or anti-clockwise? If it's clockwise they'll read PCFV, which is not us at all. If they read it anti-clockwise they'll get PVFC. It's only a minor thing but I sense confusion.
