Well, I definitely seem to have it on PC so I think seems to be across the PS3 and PC at the very least.
Eh, it's an RPG...which means enemies become easier and easier as you progress, regardless of the tactic.
Sometimes they scale to your level. Other times they don't seem to scale at all. Actually I suspect that the enemies are scaled at the same time a quest is accepted. I've done some old quest and come across some very wimpy bag guys. Also, from what I've read, a companions level is stuck at the point he becomes available. So new companions should be more powerful than old ones. I'm thinking of dumping my companion all together. I've only used one for the last 5 levels and it's nice having the mule but half of my spells hurt him. One time I shouted at him and he got a grumpy face and went home. I redid the cannibal mission. I let the dinner go free and turned into a werewolf and ate all the cannibals. The irony amused me. I bought my first house in Riften. What a dump. The spooky house is better than that one.
re: kinect demonstration like the fps view nfl2k had for some time, it's a cool idea, but the feild of vision is just MUCH too limited. In this case not only are you limited by resolution your also kept 6 feet away from your screen! it better be a 50" monster or you won't see much of anything! did you see where that guy was? practically in his doorway!
It doesn't seem like there are that many advantages to actually owning a home compared to the places you clear out on quests and have the key to. I've stored endless amounts of swag at the House of Horrors. Nepo's house in Markath is also empty, although I don't use it because it's further away from the city gates. Can you think of any beyond your Housecarl or your spouse being permanently set up there?
I keep most everything in a dresser in the student section of the magic college. I keep it there because it would be a pain to move. I keep potion ingredients in the Headmaster room because it has an alchemy table. I don't even know what to do with a housecarl.
I've just been to sovungard, the sky was the most beautiful thing I've seen in skyrim. With my new weapon dragons now take 3 or 4 hits to kill. Nice.
They basically function as your own personal mercenary/bodyguard. I've never actually used the one I have in Whiterun that you get for becoming Thane.
The houses are just bling honestly. They give you something to spend money on when you're loaded. There are plenty of free places you can use if you just need to store stuff.
I lost my housecarl from Whiterun. I need a new follower as I let they tank for me. You guys know where I can find any more?
If you want a tank do the companions quest. They have plenty of warriors and one that wont die. There is also a barbarian type woman in Riften that will join you after just one quest. She wonders the shop pavilion.
You can become Thane in every Hold by completing the local Jarl's quests, so there are other housecarls available that way. Also, most taverns in towns will have at least one adventurer that you can either hire for gold or convince to come with you by other means. Uthgerd the Unbroken in Whiterun will follow you if you win a fist fight with her. Cosnach in Markath will follow you if you give him something to drink etc.
on top of those tips, your companion will also return back to where you originally found them to join you after 3 days passes. unless of course, they are dead
You're not going to believe what just happened to me. I saw the buggiest dragon ever. I'm talking flying backwards, super speed, and even though I killed it the thing simply wouldn't die. I'm uploading the video now.
