That still isn't the joke in the comic. The joke is in the scenario, the character is constantly changing races and facial features in front of the 2 guards and it freaked them the hell out.
Skyrim beats out Modern Warfare 3 as the most played game of 2011: http://news.cnet.com/8301-13506_3-57340283-17/skyrim-beats-out-modern-warfare-3-as-most-played-game/
I think the guy in cartoon was asking his partner if she was seeing someone simply changing race in front of them lol. 2011 has been one of the best years for gaming that I can remember, so many top quality title being released. I vote for it, 2011 is year of the year.
I thought it was just directed at the Argonian part because that's where they stopped and they didn't even bother giving them the right name.
Has anyone done the Daedric quest involving Barbas the talking dog? I may put off the second leg of that quest and try some dungeon crawling with Barbas...he's basically indestructible and I haven't seen him have to take a "rest" like other companion NPC's when they've taken too many hits.
I finally remembered to buy a dog the other day and as I suspected soon after purchase he was dead within 5 minutes. Stupid dog just ran at enemies while I was using fireball. Oh well. I continued using my Argonian thief vampire character yesterday. It's quite annoying how pathetically weak she is due to lack of health and armour but it's... different.
I'm going to see if Barbas can help me take out the bastard wizard at the heart of the Meridia temple.
So I finally took my new character to Shearpoint to take on the dragon and Krosis. I got murdered quite a number of times. At one point, I didn't even realize where I was running while fighting the dragon and triggered Krosis to come out of his coffin.. so i was fighting the dragon and Krosis. Needless to say, I got murdered pretty quick there. Hand to hand didn't work at all there. Best I could do was use my pitiful archery on both guys. The fight lasted a good 20 minutes.
Same. I think playing nothing but Skyrim for 5 weeks has taken it's toll as I don't really feel in the mood to play it much of late. I also think making the ultimate armour and weapon as well as playing as my second character was overkill for me. I'll go back to it with a revengeance when I'm ready though. Believe me this.
I had the same sort of thing with Fallout 3 and the last DLC packs. Keep meaning to go back to it but I never do. Picked up the guide for this last weekend so I'm all set to give it a proper go at Xmas. Looking forward to it.
I also played Skyrim so much I got burned out. I've taken a short break with Portal 2 and I'll finish Skyrim later.
