England vs Ghana

  1. Another England international tonight. This time against Ghana who got quite far in the world cup. The England team is mostly young and new look now and the only senior players in the starting line-up is Gareth Barry and Jermain Defoe. This could be the start of something new, especially after how well the younger ones played against Wales the other day.

    Anyone watching this tonight?

    Kick off: 7:30pm ITV1

I will post up the starting line ups as soon as they are available.

  2. I may watch it but I only tend to catch the important matches.

  3. Well in a way it is seeing as non of the regulars except Defoe is starting. That is people like Young, carroll and Wiltshire playing. Exciting as these batch of up comers are supposed to be amazing and young and Wiltshire were awesome against Wales.

  4. If it were the world cup or euros I'd be watching no question. i'm not really a big footie fan.

  5. And you call yourself English. Your this close to getting off my friend list. :p

  6. I don't watch the rugby either as it bores the crap out of me, does that make me less English? I also don't watch darts or golf or F1, am I still English?

  7. All those are gay except Football and Cricket.

  8. I'm not going to watch this game either but I'll keep an eye on this thread in case the mystery deletor strikes again.

  9. Whoever it is would not dare do that to me. Are you sure it actually happened?

Should be a good game tonight anyway. is it a friendly or a qualifier? I have no clue.

  10. What???? It's Ghana; they're not going to be in a European teams qualifying group. And the next tournament is the European Cup. I think you're high on goofballs.

  11. Lack of sleep really. Been up late the last few days cleaning the flat and up early to see the landlord and things. I'm going out later and I will come back normal Phisix.

  12. Did anyone else watch the match then? It was a breath of fresh air. We actually played with a fast tempo with not much long balls. Those new generation of England footballers are skilful and exciting. We just needed Terry in defence for his experience and we would have been set.

I did not know whether to cheer or cry when Judas scored.
