    That went south really quick. I guess just acting like a buffoon and pointing at a cop is enough to get your skull smashed.

    He was mentally challenged. The woman didn't have a problem. But officer macho nacho wasn't going to stand for that kind of disrespect and killed him.

    *should clarify victim was mentally challenged. Not the officer, as far as I know anyway.

    That guy seemed pretty out of it; why didn't they cuff and search him? I'd have given him an ocular pat down myself. Did he die?

    They were bad at their jobs. The male cop walked in front of the suspect and could've been shot in the back. The woman cop was very slow to react and could've been shot in the chest/face. They didn't treat him all that seriously.

    They were lucky that guy was drunk and carrying BB gun. Could've ended badly for both of them.

    The shooting seemed pretty wild so thought he might have survived but apparently not. Fuck knows what he was thinking doing that, bit tragic really.

    Why didn't they pat him down when they cuffed him? This is more justified than most, but still pretty dumb and not something that needed to happen if they were good at their jobs.

    Cop executes a guy for no reason with a point blank headshot during a traffic stop. The car careens into the side of the road with the driver dead at the wheel like something out of Grand Theft Auto.

    I'd like to know what goes on in the minds of these morons. He was looking a traffic ticket tops but decides to bolt? That would've triggered a police pursuit and some serious jail time had he not been executed on the spot. Why would you turn a few hundred dollar ticket into a potential 10 year felony?

    That said, this was a ridiculously unnecessary use of deadly force.

    At 1:53 it looks like he's starting the car and is going to drive off... obviously that is going to antagonize the cop. But goddamn was that an overreaction by Quick Draw McGraw.

    They should also arrest the other officer who backed up his false story...

    By my count they were hitting him with 3 by the time he was outside. He still got up!

    He shouldn't get up with three barrels in him, not with three.

    I love how indifferent the Mickey D's customers are. McDonalds is so trashy, a cop tasing a drugged out shirtless homeless guy is just like an everyday thing and no big deal. Let's just keep eating our lunch.

    A black person on any kind of wheeled conveyance seems to make American cops feel very triggered. Now they're shooting black dudes in wheelchairs.
