the japanese furby video was very obviously two videos to anyone with a brain lol no way would even the Japanese put that later crap on tv to anyone cept those with a hard on against religion that later stuff is just weird. I couldn't even watch the last like 30 seconds it was awful.

And that's not because I might lean more towards religious nut than not, I'm more of a wild and crazy guy than your typical church participant. Just sayin I watch some pretty raunchy stuff but that craps just distasteful and repetitive. Obvious amature work and not good TV in ANY culture.

Did you guys see that massive bigot from Indiana who said gays need to realise that they made a choice to be gay and that it was the wrong choice, with the right choice being god? Well someone mixed it with a scene from Billy Madison and it's pretty funny.

 

I believe those loons are from Sullivan, Indiana. It's in the southern portion of the state about a 90-minute drive from Bloomington, where I went to undergrad (Indiana University). Bloomington is a liberal oasis in an otherwise crazy Christian conservative state, so my college town was the target of every insane ultra-right Christian and Mormon group to come and demonstrate and attempt to evangelize. I've heard of religious nutjobs from Sullivan coming to Bloomington before. The Christian extremist nuts put up disgusting displays of huge color photos of aborted fetuses in the most heavily traveled part of the campus. Some jackass preacher used to yell in the middle of campus about the evil sins we were committing in Bloomington, including "premarital kissing." I'm not kidding. He actually said that. Rural Indiana is a scary place. I stick to the college towns and largest cities here. Fortunately for me, they can't tell I'm a liberal or an atheist just by looking at me so I'm rarely a target for bigotry.

That guy came to campus all the time, and practically everything he talked (or should I say yelled?) about was related to his warped ideas about sexual morality.

In the grand scheme of things, it's probably good that he's there. He prevents the students from becoming religious nuts. You don't want be that guy.

This guy tours the country with his crazy preaching routine, but I think he spends the majority of his time in the Midwest. His alma mater is Indiana State University, which is something I'm pretty sure ISU does not advertise in their brochure.

 

nevermind the gay thing that's like beatin a dead horse but what I find funny about that is when she said 'special needs I don't understand that'.... oh and the 'may God have mercy on your soul' I guess that's pretty funny considering this is just the OPPOSITE of what God would really do. I mean God would NOT have mercy he would side with her DUH!... I mean if God had any kind of physical presence anyway...

I think I'm done with Pdraggy. The quality of his posts is utter shit and he's legitimately bigoted and homophobic. Is there any reason I shouldn't permaban him?

It wasn't just the one post. The guy is a homophobic religious nutjob who couldn't write a coherent sentence if his life depended on it. The poor quality of his posts was dragging down the forum. I had been contemplating banning him for awhile. His recent posts about how much he hates gays and has no problem with the Westboro Baptist Church just made my decision a lot easier.

There are plenty of other forums on the internet for people like him, like Stormfront, or the comments section at Fox News.

 

I dunno about the other stuff, but I read the post as sarcastic, in roundabout religious nut job speak.

God hates fags --> she doesn't agree with gays, but likes them? --> They need to embrace god. ---> God hates fags

 

He's not being sarcastic, that's the thing. I've grown tired of his homophobia and the atrocious quality of his writing. I don't want him on my forum.

 

I had a similar reading to superSONIC of that post. I don't agree with pdraggy views but I don't think he trolled or went jumping on people. Just my 3 cents.
