Half-Life 2: Episode 3....

  1. Has it finally happened...

  2. I don't think concept art really means anything. For all we know, this could be left over from 4 or 5 years ago. As much as I would love to see a continuation of the HL2 story, Valve has shown very little interest in it.

  3. They're too busy with Team Fortress, DOTA, and Steam. Hopefully one day soon they'll put something on hold and give everyone what they've been waiting for. After all time it had better be HL3 not HL2: Ep 3

  4. Valve doesn't know the number three. I want to see l4d3.. but not holding my breath.

  5. If this game only came out before the married life.....Half Life 2 still stays as my favorite game of all time.

  6. Your getting married?

If you are then speaking from experience DONT do it! You'll never play a game properly again.

  7. Lol yeah, I can barely play my handhelds these days but consoles and PC gaming is almost extinct for me now lol.

The Half Life series will have a special place in my heart.

  8. Wasn't the point of moving to episodes to allow quicker releases? How long has this been now? It's got a vapourware feeling about it nowadays. Mind you, we did end up with a new duke nuke 'em in the end so who knows.

  9. Half Life is pure money. It will come.

  10. Valve is more perfectionist than blizzard, and I believe they're a much smaller team than blizzard too. It'll come.. when we're skeletons.

  11. Unrelated to Half-Life but related to Valve.

They're still throwing out content for L4D2. So basically Cold Stream was originally a popular user made campaign that Valve thought was good enough to be an official part of their game. I think they started beta testing it around Feb or March 2011. It's going to get the official launch later this month along with ports of the original L4D campaigns according to this post.
