    Doing 110mph in 35mph zone after drinking... The outcome isn't so surprising.

    They haven't said he was drunk. He had a drink in his hand, could've been non-alcoholic... maybe. Either way not cool man.

    Regardless... whether or not he was driving under the influence.. it's still reckless driving added to the fact he had a passenger.

    I liked some of his work, but he was a colossal shithead (or Jackass!). I'm not even sad he's dead. He could've killed a dozen bystanders and kids. He DID kill his passenger. Fuck him.

    I heard that toxicology reports would take 4 to 6 weeks, not 3 days.

    A BAC can be done relatively quickly. Besides, this is a celebrity we're talking about, so of course things are going to get done more quickly than they would with an average Joe.

    Also, what a douche. Drunk drivers are scum.

    maybe he spilled his 'coffee' all over himself upon death, thus the 'toxicologists' ended up taking 'coffee' rather than blood :D.

    Either way I don't really care lol
