Nope, the only thing is you're gonna get hooked into their ecosystem, which is not a bad thing. Literally, everything will just work. It's basically the Apple version of networking... and other things that Ubiquiti dabbles in.. One thing to keep in mind is that Ubiquiti keeps a lot of these things hardwired. As far as I know, only the G6 Instant camera is wifi. The rest of their cameras require PoE. You can access them via the unifi protect app or at protect.ui.com
