Its amazing how that comes across even on a forum. To be fair I am one of only 1 or 2 on this forum that has a kid and has to buy toys, food and clothes more often than it seems to people on the outside. Kids are fecking expensive.
I've got the Galaxy Nexus and don't really utilize it's potential. I can't imagine needing a higher end phone.

Well my Nexus One is barely surviving now, space is a huge issue as it only has 190MB odd to start with and there are now so many 10MB+ android services I can't remove that it is moaning about space. I have removed nearly everything but kept flash, tapatalk and Facebook but I am really struggling to keep this old thing happy. Will start the search for a replacement soon but I have decided I am going to buy outright as I hate the idea of being in a 2 year contract again.
If you can wait until July, the S4 mini actually looks good: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_i9190_galaxy_s4_mini-5375.php Dual core and lower screen res (still better than my S2 or the original S). Also the Sony Xperia ZR looks nice, with a bigger 4.6" 720p screen. The Z has had some firmware issues though... http://www.theverge.com/products/xperia-zr/7017 The HTC First had good specs, but is a flop because of the failed FB integration and latest news points to the UK release being cancelled. Kind of a shame, due to the lacking popularity it may have been cheap. The specs were decent and you could uninstall the facebook software easily.
