I've noticed alot of people pointing out on other sites that Intel doesn't have the greatest track record for inactive power consumption vs. ARM. That would be a problem for mobile devices even if Intel could deliver 3x efficiency for active power consumption...which I'm going to guess is probably a fudged number anyway. It's also energy efficiency + performance + price that they're really competing with ARM on, not just energy efficiency.
Apple is too heavily invested in ARM at this point to bother with this, so I guess it might end up in some Android phones and tablets. Intel is really late to the game.
