The gsme's plot was pretty insane really. I just remember it being very over the top rather than any real detail. Did it end on a plane?
It's the fourth and came out in 2011, bfun must be smoking some serious drugs if he thought it came out in 2001 2001 2011
Well sue me then. I thought I was playing the first one. I didn't exactly do much research on the game and I though khaid was exaggerating about it's age. I can pick up Red Faction Guerrilla for like $6.50. Contemplating doing so.
Guerilla is considered the best one from what I've heard. I really liked it, the destruction engine made for some very fun missions.
The man doesn't even know what game he played. I was going to say, I seriously doubt you played the original Red Faction. I remember playing a demo of Red Faction when I was in high school on my Athlon 800mhz. That's how old it is.
Bioshock Infinite I'm not going to say much about this until more have a chance to play through it. I'd recommend avoiding spoilers. I will say that I enjoyed this game all the way through. Also, I managed to find every single Voxophone in the game the first time through, which according to Steam stats is the rarest global Achievement, just 0.1% currently. I'm not sure how I managed to do that. I started a game in 1999 Mode but haven't made it to a combat segment yet to test how tough it is. I've noticed that very few items appear when scavenging, however.
Did you play on hard to begin with? I'm wishing I did. I haven't died once yet and there is always excessive health, ammo and salts around. I hate difficulties that just make the enemies HP tanks, which is what I've heard this game does, but it really is just too easy on medium.
I played on Medium, which I also regretted. I kept thinking that eventually it would get harder. There's a lengthy introduction period in which you hardly fight anything and thus aren't aware that it's going to be too easy, and when I realized it wasn't getting much tougher over time, I didn't want to start all the way at the beginning again because I was into the story. Also, I was worried if I restarted and took longer to finish the story I would increase my chances of have something spoiled. I had already seen some minor things spoiled from researching previews of the game. Some jackasses will spoil major surprises within the title, making it very difficult to avoid. I could have just switched the difficulty midway through (you can't in 1999 Mode, BTW), but I typically like to play all the way through a game on the same difficulty. I'm hoping 1999 Mode is more to my liking. It seems to have limit your resources and takes away navigation assistance.
I finished dishonored yesterday. It a good game and I enjoyed it. The ending was really anticlimactic though.
I was kind of 50/50 on the ending. The choices you make throughout the game only seem to affect the story and not really the game play. But I did enjoy the story ending.
