Liam Neeson punches human traffickers is still the best film in this genre IMO. Followed closely by Liam Neeson punches wolves. I'm excited to see who or what Liam Neeson will punch in his next punching movie.

  2. If I recall, you were a big fan of the Deathwish series too. The two are kind of similar but Bronson punches punks in the face with bullets.

I watched Sausage Party again. Not because it's good but because it's kind of fun to watch someone else watching it.

    Justice League

I liked it. All things considered I think they did a good job. 8/10

  3. Bronson and Neeson are kind of similar. Bronson also seemed like he should have been too old for action movies, but somehow worked well in them. Bronson also had some twisty/suspenseful type movies too, like The Mechanic. Charles Bronson was basically the Liam Neeson of the 1970s and 80s.

  4. Im still waiting for Liam on a boat. Boat and a train just like Under Siege.

  5. Black Panther

It was a good movie but not as action packed as other Marvel movies.

  6. Happy Death Day!

This was a very good murderous comedy horror version of Groundhog Day. Main character isn't a cliche although there are some tropes to be had. Good runner up to You're Next in the horror genre.

The weirdest part of the movie is the trailer superimposes In the Club as the ringtone music instead of what the movie used. That threw me lol.

    8/10

  7. The Commuter

Liam Neeson punches people on a train was a bit of a let down. I think they tried to tweak the formula a bit to change things up but it resulted in less people being punched by Liam Neeson, which is always a letdown. Overall still good enough if you enjoy these.

    6/10

  8. It took too long for him to start punching people IMO. The punching didn't start until like an hour into the movie.

    Road House

This is a movie that teaches many valuable life lessons. For instance the difference between a cooler and a bouncer. Or that all problems can be solved with a round house kick or a throat rip.

Swayze is in top form. This is easily his best movie.

Remember the small boat captain in Dunkirk? He's based on a real person who was also the highest ranking officer to survive the sinking of the Titanic. He's got a small role in the 1997 James Cameron movie as well.

This guy loading lifeboats on the Titanic

Is the same person as this old guy using his boat to save people at Dunkirk.

Probably why he seems so wise and unphased by the situation at Dunkirk and like he's seen some shit before. He was also a WWI veteran. He really did zig zag to avoid the German planes. He really did have a son in the RAF who was killed. The depiction in Dunkirk is fairly accurate. The depiction in the James Cameron movie is not.

  11. It was like a Hilly Billy version of Oceans Eleven. It wasn't great but I still enjoyed it. 7/10

    Molly’s Game

Boring, pretentious, and way too long

    4/10

    Black Panther

Really boring. It had CGI that was so bad it was distracting. Dull characters. Everything looks green screened. I had to watch it in two sittings because I fell asleep while watching it the first time. Probably the worst Marvel movie I’ve seen other than Captain America.

    4/10

    Game Night

I had low expectations. It was actually sort of funny in parts.

    5/10

    Tomb Raider 2018

It was alright, which is more than I can say for most video game movies. It very loosely follows the plot of the first reboot game. Alicia Vikander needs to eat a sandwich. She’s way too skinny in this.

    5/10

    Blockers

The mildly funny parts were shown in the previews. It goes way too far. I didn’t need to see a penis pressed up against the camera or John Cena butt chugging beer.

    4/10

    Rampage

It's a monster movie starring The Rock based on an NES game. It was dumb, but entertaining.

    6/10

    Pacific Rim 2

They completely turned it into a kids’ movie. It has an annoying 12 year old sidekick girl who won’t shut up.

    3/10

  14. Solo: A Star Wars Story

I thought it was as good as Rouge One. 8/10

    Incredibles 2

Good, but not as good as the first. 7/10

  15. Made some brats for lunch and flip on the TV. Caught 5 minutes of Piranha 3D where the fat kid from Stand By Me was screaming about getting his dick eaten off. Totally lost my appetite.

  16. lol I saw that movie in theaters a long long time ago. Like Steve running PVCF ago. It's a good bad movie. Somehow they got respectable actors to do parts among bad actors. Oh and, Hasselhoff has a cameo, if I recall.

    Ant-man 2

A good mix of comedy and action. A fun movie that never takes itself too seriously.

    Red Sparrow

Jennifer Lawrence goes to whore school for Russia spies. Her Russian accent was terrible. The movie was trashy and had a lot of twists and turns. It was pretty entertaining. The segment at Whore School Four is the best part of the movie.

    6/10

  19. Man on The Moon

Andy Kaufman was a huge troll. I'm not really sure why anyone thought he was funny. Although the movie was well done a real documentary might have been better. 5/10

He was basically a troll before there was a term for it.
