Super 8 It took pieces of a bunch of 80s movies and molded them into something new. If you liked Goonies you'll like this one.
I saw Kick-Ass last night. It was awesome. More gore and a lot more swearing than I was expecting. There's even a scene where Nicholas Cage goes all Robocop in a warehouse. Worth a look if you haven't seen it.
Amber Heard is not only mega hot, but she's into muscle cars and guns, oh and she's bisexual according to Top Gear. What's NOT to like about her?
Sucker Punch This was a seriously stupid movie, but I knew that going in. I was just watching it for the hot chicks in skimpy outfits and the action scenes, and in that sense it didn't disappoint. I think if they had cut out everything about the mental asylum, and just made it hot chicks kicking ass in crazy settings (like a live action Heavy Metal), and bumped it up to an R rating so we could have seen some actual nudity, it would have been a decent movie.
Marley and Me It was a decent movie. Pretty good example of why you don't buy from backyard breeders, and you spay or neuter and train a dog early on with positive methods. Otherwise you might be dealing with a dog that's totally uncontrollable until it mellows out with age.
Well he totally missed the point of the movie so... my faith (or lack thereof) of Monkey's judgement has not shaken by this :x I saw 5 minutes of Salt one day when movie hopping from Inception the second time and I knew it was shit from just that. I spent the next 20 minutes (cuz the first half hour of Inception is BORING) in Dinner for Shmucks. MUCH better movie imo
The Hangover 2 Enjoyed it and it was hilarious. I still cannot decide if it's better than the first or not...
I actually saw Salt twice. Once in the theater and the other time the director's cut version. What prompted me to do that, other than watching it with my dad, was because my aunt was talking about the ending and I was like what? Apparently both versions had completely different endings.
Man I might wanna see that than :/ thanks ArKhaid :x dum movie, but I could at least watch the full damn thing. For Angelina Jolie
My god the first Hangover was total shite. Typical stupid American comedy, people getting "Oh wow that's so funny even though I knew it was coming because I saw the trailer on Tv a million times". They called The Hangover "The best comedy of 2010", must have been a really really slow year for comedies. I can't believe they made a sequel. What's the premise? They get so drunk/drugged up they forget what crazy shit they did the night before, except this time there's a monkey? It's dude where's my car all over again... again.
People wanted more of the Hangover so they gave them more. Do we not get the same from other movies sequels and trilogy's and game series and we are happy for that?
Yeah I am getting tired of the drugs shit many movies use as some kind of comic relief.... but... oh well ^.^ And you might wanna look into wearing a daiper if a movie gives you the shits... or sit on the aisle seat.
Also one more heads up, Salt actually has 3 endings. The theatrical cut, the director's cut, and the extended cut.
