Last movie you saw?

  1. The trailer is really dramatic and suspenseful. But it doesn't look like a movie worth $10 at the theatre. I might shell out a $1 rental or wait for Netflix streaming.

  2. I got Final Destination 5 to watch later. I hope it aint that bad.

  3. The trailer is a crock of shit. It's not suspenseful at all. By the end you'll be so bored you won't care who the mole is.

  4. All the Final Destinations are hilariously bad... but in a so bad it's good way. This one had a semi-twist ending which explained a weird observation I had throughout the whole film.

  5. It wasn't that big of a twist if you notice how dated some of the tech is, especially the cellphones.

  6. Apollo 18. Thought it was decent enough; not particularly scary but it kept me entertained enough.

  7. oh I love documentaries!!

  8. Hobo with a shotgun.

Entertaining enough if you don't take it too seriously and don't mind a bit of gore.

  9. I enjoyed Hobo With a Shotgun a lot more than I probably should have, but I thought the part with the school bus crossed the line from enjoyable grindhouse trash to absolute garbage.

  10. My wife didn't like that part.

  11. The idea for the school bus scene almost certainly came from a real event in which savage street gang MS-13 slaughtered 28 people in a bus in Honduras. Given that the idea was taken from a real event, that puts it even more over the line.

  12. I never noticed any of that until the end of the film. Quite ingenious how it ended up in one big circle. That should be the last of Final Destination now.

  13. Captain America

I thought it was really good. Sure it was a little slow for an action movie but I thought the drama was nice.

  14. Haywire

A spy action movei done by the guy who did the Oceans movies; utter fucking garbage. Avoid it like the plague.

  15. Spy Hard

You know some women may not like how women are portrayed in spy movies but... the fact is their always badass assassins, I don't see why!!

  16. I'm planning on going to see the Artist this week. In curious to see what all the fuss is about. The cinematography look fantastic though from the trailer.

  17. The Descendants

It was pretty good. A slice of life movie that's kind of funny and kind of depressing at the same time.

It looked like a typical "hot chick kicking ass" kind of movie. I've never seen one of those that wasn't crap other than Kill Bill.

  18. A Very Harold and Kumar Christmas:

You get what you expect with these films. Not as good as the other two though, but I enjoyed it.

  19. The Help

For a chick flick about the plight of black maids in the south in the 1960s, it was less excruciating than you would think. It had some funny parts, like the thing with the shit pie. But I thought it dragged towards the end and was about a half hour too long.

  20. The Juror. Old movie and not so good.
