Just had a bit of a row with some twat from the north who seemed to think it was OK that the fix date was 23rd February and that I can't do anything but browse the internet slowly due to high utilisation. When I suggested VM shouldn't take on any new customers in my area until it was fixed he didn't sound happy but I think I have a valid point. I managed to get £15 refund out of him as I said that if I am only getting 1/10th of what I am paying for (last test came back at 1Mbps down, 55Kbps up) then I should only pay 1/10th the price. I can't wait to leave this joke of a company...... Might try to get back on a bit later Chi when less people around here will be using the network. Super Fast Fibre Optic Broadband? I would need a BT phone line which is a 12 month contract but I would probably want to go to Sky if we move, can't have Sky here, against some kind of local order. If I cut off my Broadband that would put up my TV/Phone line price as I would lose my package discount and as I said before can't Sky here, freeview isn't even worth thinking about. Sky TV + Phone + Broadband works out cheaper than using BT combined with Sky and to be honest I would rather have it all in one place. I have been with VM for 2 years now and had no problems until September, they just don't seem to want to get it fixed. Before these problems I never had any issues playing with you guys, look at our Borderlands or Burnout games for example!

This guy seems to be winning when it comes to packet loss. For comparison my last test got me a D which comes with the tag line.. 'Concerning, most online applications will not perform well'
What's MOS? What's Jitter? I got a B but it still says some online games might not perform optimally.
Do I have to do everything for you, its line voice quality.. Doesn't really apply to fibre as you don't use it for voice but it will apply to your copper stuff.

I assume you finished World 3 then? Did Monsly get on in the end to actually start the thing? I will be on again tonight so we can again make an attempt at least to play, don't hold out much hope. Might put my PS3 in a DMZ tonight on my router, see if that helps with the voice issue as even when its running smooth you still can't hear me. Really need Monsly to turn up to see if he can and if its just YOU.
I've still to ace ad 100% the last two levels in world 3. Monsly wasn't on at all last night. I've had good voice comms with monsly, armadeadn, oricktakeshi, and have been able to hear a bunch of people ok on lbp2.
Yeah but you have been unable to hear me in Worms in the past whilst Monsly has said he can hear me fine. Will try the DMZ thing and see how that goes, after that I am out of ideas.
I used to be able to hear you fine in worms. Castle graduate was fine too. Then sometime before Christmas it all went tits up
You must be confusing me with someone else as I never purchased that. Perhaps you have never been able to hear me and have infact been talking to someone else the whole time?
