Nope, I have not left yet. Was supposed to be out on the 1st...but they come around yet so I think I may wait until tomorrow.
Didn't you give notice for things like your internet and phone line a month before you were due to leave? You crazy fool your going to be paying for those when you can't even use them.
Gametrailers gave U3 GOTY and stated the same things I did, a perfect balance of action, exploring and puzzles with fantastic set piece moments. Really struggling to think of anything that looks better than this too if I am honest... Still I have Skyrim to play when I am finished with it so things could be worse
You have to give notice to cancel Sky internet and phone package? I have no care in me and the moment mate so things like that are a bit off my radar at the moment, and as always I leave things to the last minute.
Yes you will need to give 30 days notice even if you are at the end of your 1 year contract as it will just roll monthly after that. Be careful now as a lot of companies (BT/VM) are dishing out minimum terms of 18 months so if/when you get a new place make sure you read the small print.
They never said it was a year contract. When I had sky when I was 19 they told me it was a year contract then, but not this time.
I would look into that as pretty much all phone and broadband packages come with a minimum year term now, they don't always say on the phone but it will be in the terms somewhere. A few ISP's do offer 30 days terms such as plusnet but even my new O2 phone/broadband package is a year minimum.
Weird. I'll have a look on my account online. My old flatmate had a bigger package and owed £100 at one point and they cut it off but did not add anymore more months usage so maybe they have changed?
With Virgin it's normally a year contract; this is renewed anytime you make a change. Think you're only obliged to stay with them though so you can minimise your package with them if you like.
Sacred 2 Collectors edition £14.99 http://shop.gameplay.co.uk/playstation-3/sacred-2-fallen-angel-collectors-edition/_/PX0500/productpage.html Or Sacred 2 £29.99 http://shop.gameplay.co.uk/playstation-3/sacred-2-fallen-angel/_/PX0360/productpage.html Annoyingly both are out of stock. Looked in the shops but both GAME and Gamestation only seem to carry new high profiles games these days and have tiny PS3 and 360 sections. Not sure how they are going to stay afloat in 2012 as this must be their strategy now, don't stock older or unknown games.
Amazon marketplace has copies, probably the easiest option. The publisher went bust a while back so new stock will be hard to find.
My local CEX doesn't have a copy but they sell for £6 now so if it does come in I will try to get it. It seems to be at around £13 on ebay, I am not paying double.
You'd be very lucky to get it for £6. It's quite to hard to come across and fairly sought after. I'll keep an eye out for it too. What about Killzone 3 as an option? That was a good laugh online when I played it.
Is that one that needs an online pass if you buy second hand? I lost track of which games do and don't. I can get it for £15 new online (same as CEX second hand price) but obviously it will take longer to get. CEX are not showing a copy of Sacred 2 in either Southampton or Birmingham (Cheltenham), I looked as I could have had one of you two be my bitches. Now that all electronic payments have to go through faster payment I could pay you and you have it within 2 hours and cut out Paypal fees.
It just occurred to me that I haven't used my online pass that came with Uncharted 3, not that you are ever online so I probably won't need it!
My Zavvi £50 voucher was finally emailed to me so after long scouring of the site I chose: > Sonic Unleashed > Naruto Shipuuden: Ninja 2 or whatever > Dark Souls. Just under £50. Not bad for winning something playing games.
