Samsung's 2GHz Exynos 5250

  1. Mobile industry don't give a shit about Moore's Law. The timing of the mass production of this suggests we may see this in the Galaxy S III.
     
  2. Samsung\'s 2GHz Exynos 5250

    I want a 2560x1600 res tablet! We'd probably see 1080p and then followed in maybe 2013 by 2560x1440 in some high end models, but I think a 16:10 ratio would be a lot better for functionality.

    It really is amazing how fast they are progressing. This is probably a more important step than Quad core chips, I just can't see the point of those just yet.

    I'll try to wait another 18 months before I buy new (contract), it might be hard :(

    So this apparently is the first device using the Exynos 5 series. This seems more like it for the Chromebook. I was assuming that Google was going to try to hit this pricepoint for the Chromebook market when they launched and not the upper $300's.
