18 years later the story finally continues. Don't know about the new look but I have been waiting for this since I was 15. Shenmue 1 and 2 have a remaster collection out now as well ready for this.
They are with my rose tinted glasses, even last time I played it a few years ago it was still good to me. For you though I don't know, the graphics and voices have aged. There is a lot of down time exploring and waiting for the time to go to do certain things so if you hate slow games this might not be for you. Then again the battles later on are decent and the story has always been great. Lots of QTE in cutscenes as it was the first game to use them. Worth checking out gameplay and cutscenes before you judge.
