So what's the deal with the Steam Holiday sale? Are they just not doing one this year? Seems like it should have started a week ago if they were doing one. That's really fucking lame if they aren't doing one. And the Thanksgiving sale sucked balls. Most of the games were practically MSRP. I want my $7 games and I want them now! Gabe is really letting me down lately. First no news on whether we're going to get more Half-Life and now this shit. That fat sack of crap needs to put down the damn baconators and get to work.

Looks like THQ went bankrupt. It was pretty obvious this was coming with the Humble Bundle fire sale they were doing. I can't say I'm surprised. You can only crap out mediocre games for so long and hope to stay afloat.

 

What happens to Metro: Last Light?

 

Does anyone care? I made it about 20 minutes into the first Metro before I got bored and uninstalled it.

 

There was the whole Warhammer 40,000 Series.

Evidently it's Chapter 11, so they could still reorganize and survive. Perhaps they need new management.

Didn't you just say you liked the Saints Row game? I know we have a big Warhammer fan on the board as well. Metro: Last Light was looking pretty decent from the trailers, much better than the first. I didn't buy either of the Darksiders games, but I thought the reviews were supposed to be decent. Regardless, I don't think this bankruptcy will affect upcoming releases in the near future (Last Light) from what I've read.
