What is everyone's favorite method for cooking bacon? I pan fry or bake it in the oven. I don't think I do pan fry correctly, because I don't like the way it comes out. Other peoples tips, and pictures would be great.
I don't cook real bacon anymore but I do fry turkey bacon in a flat skillet. And according to Alton Brown the best way to cook bacon is in a waffle iron. http://www.seriouseats.com/2009/11/video-alton-browns-perfect-breakfast-tips-makes-bacon-in-a-waffle-iron.html

Don't you have brown sauce over there? I thought HP sauce was available. I have no idea why I know this though.
Is that like A1 steak sauce? That's sounds pretty vile on bacon. I don't even use it on steak unless it's disgusting low quality meat.
