The Great US vs UK Food Debate

I couldn't find a decent scone anywhere in town so had to settle for a fresh cream apple turnover.

 

The weekend will be even warmer, atleast here in Sweden, so for sure there too.

 

Indeed. They are really nice down here. That is if you get decent made ones and not a packeted one from say Tesco.

Last week I had a peanut butter bacon burger. It was awesome. Basically it was a burger with peanut butter and bacon on it.

 

We call that a peanut butter and bacon burger

 

Sounds wrong. I'll stick to tommy K or BBQ sauce.

I just ate some bacon chocolate. I couldn't get past the bacon flavor.

 

Grilled or fried in a frying pan. Bacon was made to be fried.

I don't cook real bacon anymore but I do fry turkey bacon in a flat skillet.

And according to Alton Brown the best way to cook bacon is in a waffle iron.

Alton Brown is a dork and you've gone soft. I can't trust someone who doesn't eat bacon.

 

Turkey bacon is better in every way.

 

Turkey bacon? Bleh. Next you'll be eating tofurkey, and after that you'll turn into a big blubbering vagina.

 

If im lazy I just zap it in the mic for a few minutes. Mayo and brown sauce all the way.

 

Brown sauce sounds like what comes out of my butthole after eating KFC.

 

Don't you have brown sauce over there? I thought HP sauce was available. I have no idea why I know this though.

 

For bacon and sausage sandwiches accept no substitute.

 

Is that like A1 steak sauce? That's sounds pretty vile on bacon.

I don't even use it on steak unless it's disgusting low quality meat.
