  1. is that stat true? gain 20lbs in one month? if true.. da fuck?

  2. Depending on sources, it's anywhere from 8-20 lbs.

    I didn't really lose 23 lbs in a month.

  3. Yeah, I guessed that but, as you still lost weight, I'd put it down to your hearty pig based diet.

  4. Maddox posted his list of the most overrated sandwiches in America.

As someone who lived in eastern Pennsylvania a good part of my life, I have to agree on the Philly cheesesteak. It's a very average tasting sandwich, just steak and cheese on bread, and if you point that out to anyone they'll always tell you that you either got it from the wrong place or that you ordered it wrong, and that when it's done right it's supposed to be some kind of magical food experience. And there are like dozens of places in Philly that all claim to be "home of the original Philly Cheesesteak." But the sandwich is so mediocre, it's not even worth investigating which is the real one.

I actually agree with all of it except for the Chick Fil-A sandwiches, which are pretty good despite what he says. I think it's mostly the pretentiousness of Chick Fil-A claiming they invented the chicken sandwich that bothered him.

  5. bahahaha I totally agree with him on his new yorkers smug pizza comment. bitch your magic pizza is the same as any other mom and pop joint around the US.

  6. starting to really believe Khaid has my Mom in his pocket... specially as she went missing two days ago.

  7. He's dead on about Po Boys too. They're just a big pile of fried blandness. It's a great way to ruin perfectly good seafood.

And White Castle is nasty unless you're drunk or high.

LOL. That's exactly what they taste like!

  8. I would have agreed with you until I found a place that makes a really good one and it's no where near Philly. And the Chick Fil-A is an awesome sandwich.

I also agree to the Subway comment.

I never understood why people ate there and now I eat there sometimes because it finally got cheap enough to stomach. It's also low fat and if you throw enough jalapeno peppers on there it can taste alright.

  9. I've gotten diarrhea almost every time I've eaten at subway. Everything is just left sitting out, and most of the subways I've been to looked dirty, so it's not surprising I guess.

Also, I'm not saying cheesesteaks are bad, and I've had some decent ones. They're just not anything to get excited about, or anything I'd go out of my way to get.

  10. I had a Subway once, it was awesome.

  11. I only ever have a chicken, bacon and grated cheese foot long at Subway. The workers have a fascination over trying to get you to grill the damn thing when I don't want it that way. Retards.

  12. I usually get my tuna, lettuce and tomato there it's gotta be grilled.

  13. Jimmy John's is like a Subway that doesn't suck. Everything is fresh, and the service is fast. Their sandwiches actually taste good and I don't get sick when I eat there.

  14. I've eaten Jimmy John's sandwiches for years. Very tasty with healthy ingredients.

  15. Authentic philly cheeseteaks suck, that fake cheez wiz is garbage. I do like a cheesesteak with real cheese on it.

He is completely wrong about chickfila, other than it being too pricey.

I also enjoy the occasional subway. But it isn't fresh and has a full days sodium in a footlong.

  16. Cheez wiz is vile stuff. I'm not even sure if it qualifies as food. Cheese isn't hard to melt, so you have to be pretty lazy to use it. Even the wikipedia article on philly cheesesteaks is pretentious, which is odd for something made of low grade fried beef and cheez wiz.

  17. I think they started toasting their subs to try to compete with Quiznos. Quiznos is pretty gross and dirty though just like subway.

  18. Ever been to a real subway?? lol

  19. Subway is aptly named.

  20. Hell yeah. Nothing fancy. Just good quality ingredients that actually taste good. I eat there a lot.
