I never skip breakfast, too hungry for that sort of thing but I do tend to go with cereal. Usually something filling like Weetabix or Shreddies as otherwise I find myself getting hungry long before my 1pm lunch break.
Hasn't this thread gone off the rails a few times? I am sure we can bring it back. I must be eating too much lately as I am finding it harder to go from Lunch to Dinner without a snack. Been on a bit of a cheese and branston pickle sandwich binge lately as far as lunches go and they usually fill me up with a packet of crisps but something isn't working. Been adding a jammy wagon wheel into the mix to try to fend off the hunger. Perhaps it is just because I am at work, I seem to be OK when off work. I work therefore I eat?
I've leaned that if you stuff you mouth with ham and cheese-its crackers it's like eating a ham and cheese sandwich. I'm on a diet now. Trying to loose 20 pounds in 40 days. A bit extreme I guess but I like it that way.
I recently reached that crazy 30 number where you magicaly get fat. I had TERRIBLE habbits I'm trying to clean up, so bad I didn't even notice! So I'd been on a crazy diet the last year or so (been going on forever) thinkin about quitin dairy products. At least my pooper still works I don't know what I'd do without that, I'd be all fat and bloated. Gettin old sucks.
I hit that magic number a 25.... I've been trying to rectify it for over two years now. I think being a cubicle drone really fucks people up.
office job is really the killer. if you sit in a cube all day and dont have a long workout session consistently on a weekly basis, you will get out of shape quick. i gained like 20lbs in 2 years doing an office job.
No I think I started in 2003 freshman year of college. You're numbers are off because you must've assumed I tried to lose weight when I first got fat. Anybody can do that... I wanted to challenge myself by first packing on more weight for another 18 months.
I've put on quite a bit of weight in the year that I've been working at the University. It's my first office job and after spending the better part of the last 10 years standing and walking at work for 9 hours a day, suddenly sitting down at work for 9 hours a day makes a difference. These days I have to actually ingest something other than crisps and beer.
