The emergency channel is on a shared server. Some other site on the same server can bring it all crashing down. But it'll always come back.

 

I rewrote part of the software. Now the posts are stored in a simple file, not a MySQL database. Execution times went from 0.004s to 0.00014s -- a 30x improvement.
