I've heard E3 is pretty well done as the big trade show for games. Nintendo isn't even going to show up this year. I've also read there may not even be an E3 next year. They're thinking of pulling the plug on it.
I see. They have been saying this for years but Nintendo is no big miss really as they have not anything of real note apart from Zelda OOT on the 3DS, Mario 3DS and the Wii-u the last two years.

I think Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier will be there. I'm not expecting MS to announce a new console as they'll probably be spending this year to really push the kinect out there. The thing I'm looking forward to the most is some info about Dawnguard, the first dlc for Skyrim.
They showcase games that have already been released at E3 now? No wonder it's been going down the tubes.
I must have been tripping last night. I could have sworn I heard a reviewer mention E3 in a video I saw, after re-watching it today I heard no such mention.
Rumour is that Sony will announce a deal with OnLive or Gaikai meaning you can play the games via your PS3.
It's the other cloud based gaming system. Graphics settings are lower than Onlive but latency is supposed to be lower.
What's the selling point for gaikai on the PS3? Some sort of Netflix style subscription rental thing with lots on offer?

Didn't they show a trailer for it months ago? The one with her seemingly going down with a ship. Now that her boobs are small I think I'm ready to give up the franchise.
if they did, then i have no idea as I never had interest in the franchise. The reboot looks like uncharted though which is hot.
Ubisoft and Sony appeared to have had the best showings. Most of the rest hasn't impressed me. The Last of Us, Watchdogs, and Assassin's Creed III all looked pretty awesome. I'm also very interested in Beyond, but I need to see more.
The Halo 4 trailer made me cry.. again. MS needs to port Halo 3, Reach, and 4 over to PC.. those assholes.
